Type and source of data processed
The personal data processed by Scoobafish are collected directly from users of the Site, through their registration for the services offered (for example registration for the newsletter or the information request form).

Purpose of the treatment

Pursuant to the articles. 24.1.b) and 43.1.b), of the Code, no consent to processing is required in relation to the purposes indicated in points (i) – (ii). Otherwise, the interested party must express, in the appropriate box of the registration form, his/her consent to the processing of data (with the exclusion of sensitive data) for the purposes indicated in point (iii).
With reference to the purposes indicated above, the processing of data, which will include the operations referred to in the definition of "processing" provided for in the art. 4 of the Code (such as, for example, the collection, recording, processing, extraction, comparison, communication and cancellation), will take place with the aid of manual and automated tools, for which Scoobafish has adopted adequate security measures to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the data and to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Mandatory/optional nature of the provision
The provision of data is optional. However, any failure to provide the data indicated on the service registration form, or other personal data that may be required to carry out the contractual relationship, may make it impossible for Scoobafish to establish and/or continue, in whole or in part, the contractual relationship or, following up on requests for the provision of services.
Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it
The personal data may possibly be communicated to external companies that Scoobafish may use in the context of managing the contractual relationship with customers or for its own organizational needs and business, possibly specialized in: (a) acquisition services, the recording and processing of data; (b) banking, financial and insurance services, including entities involved in the management of payment systems; (c) printing, transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications; (d) archiving services for documentation relating to contractual relationships; (e) debt collection services; (f) IT and management services for Scoobafish's IT system and telecommunications networks (including email); (g) firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; (h) subjects who carry out control, audit and certification obligations of Scoobafish's activities; (i) market analysis and communication services for the proposition of commercial offers, including personalized ones. These subjects will process the customers' personal data as independent data controllers or may become aware of them as external data controllers if specifically appointed pursuant to art. 29 of the Code. Rights referred to in the Art. 7 of the Code and deletion of data
In relation to the processing of personal data, based on art. 7 of the Code, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.
Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
