Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you purchase as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, receive the artwork, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit statement to info@scoobafish.com within this period, indicating your name, order number, and the artwork purchased.

After receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions for arranging the return. Do not ship the artwork independently before receiving our confirmation.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The artwork must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal.

The artwork, the Certificate of Authenticity, and any components or accessories received must be returned intact and complete.

To ensure safe transport, use the original packaging and follow the instructions provided. If the packaging was damaged during delivery, inform us before preparing the return.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling the artwork beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and condition.

RETURN COSTS

In the event of withdrawal due to a change of mind, the direct return costs, including packaging, transport, and insurance, shall be borne by the purchaser.

To protect the artwork, the return must be made through a courier or carrier approved by Scoobafish. We can arrange collection directly and inform you of the cost before the return shipment.

For monumental or oversized artworks, the direct return cost shall be borne by the purchaser and depends on the destination, the packaging dimensions, and the required transport service. Before completing your purchase, contact us at info@scoobafish.com: you will receive a personalized estimate of the potential return cost. The purchase will be finalized only after your written acceptance of this estimate.

If the return is due to damage occurring during transport or to the artwork not conforming to what was purchased, the related costs will not be charged to the customer.

REFUND

In the event of a validly exercised right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund may be withheld until we receive the artwork or until you provide proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, without applying any additional fees.

Any additional costs relating to delivery, unpacking, or installation services requested by the purchaser beyond the included standard shipping will not be refunded.

If collection is arranged by Scoobafish at the purchaser’s expense, the related cost may be deducted from the refund by prior agreement.

COMMISSIONED AND CUSTOMIZED ARTWORKS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made to order, produced according to the purchaser’s specific instructions, or clearly customized, in the cases provided for by applicable law.

Any exclusion will be clearly communicated and accepted before the order is confirmed.

The mere fact that an artwork is unique or original does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal when the artwork already existed and was available in the shop.

DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING ARTWORK

An artwork damaged during transport or not conforming to what was purchased is not treated as a simple change of mind.

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery by writing to info@scoobafish.com and attaching the order number, photographs of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Keep all packaging materials and do not return the artwork independently. After verification, we will arrange, at no cost to the customer, collection and the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include restoring the artwork, a price reduction, or a refund.
