Shipping methods

 

For shipping I rely on the company "Mail Boxes Etc" which, depending on the destination, allows us to choose the fastest courier among: TNT Express, BRT, UPS.

Each shipment is insured for theft and loss.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the TRACKING NUMBER and the courier's contact information.

For a more efficient delivery service, I recommend you also indicate your telephone number during check-out.

Packaging of the works

 

Each work includes tailor-made packaging with polystyrene and double corrugated cardboard. If necessary, additional wooden crate lining can be prepared.

It will be very simple to open the packaging. Your work will not require any assembly and will be ready to hang.

Damage

 

In the event that the works received are defective, please contact me as soon as possible, attaching the photographs necessary to highlight the damaged parts.

I invite you to carefully check for any damage on the package at the time of delivery, and I advise you to sign the transport document with the wording "with reserve", specifying the details and extent of the damage found on the packaging.

If the work is damaged, it is possible to send it back.
